We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, OEM/part numbers, condition information, compatibility information, photographs, pricing, and availability.
Because products may be sourced from different inventory suppliers, recyclers, distributors, or warehouses, appearance and packaging may vary.
Customers should verify the OEM/part number before ordering.
3. FITMENT
Vehicle compatibility may depend on:

• Truck make/model
• Model year
• Engine
• VIN
• Production date
• Vehicle configuration
• Existing installed component
A matching truck model or model year alone does not guarantee compatibility.
Customers are responsible for verifying the correct OEM/part number before installation.
4. PROGRAMMING AND CONFIGURATION

• VIN matching
• Dealer-level configuration
Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, Truck Parts Care does not guarantee that an electronic component is plug-and-play.
5. PRODUCT CONDITION

The condition stated on the individual product page applies to that item.
Used products may show normal cosmetic wear.
6. PRICING
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, inventory, or technical errors.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer before proceeding.
7. AVAILABILITY
Inventory may be supplied by third-party warehouses, recyclers, distributors, and parts suppliers.
Availability can change quickly.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer regarding available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
8. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Inventory errors

• Payment problems
• Product unavailability
• Legal or shipping restrictions
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard delivery from Truck Parts Care is FREE.
Our estimated delivery time is normally 7–10 working days after the order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, supplier processing, holidays, weather, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
10. RETURNS
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Truck Parts Care name, branding, website content, graphics, text, and original materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
OEM names, manufacturer names, trademarks, and part numbers belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification and compatibility purposes.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Truck Parts Care is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from improper installation, incorrect fitment selection, unauthorized programming, misuse, modification, or installation by an unqualified person.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
